Become a Substitute for WCH

We need substitute teachers and we find that parents make some of the best subs!

You will love substitute teaching for these reasons:

If you are not sure if you are cut out to be a substitute teacher, don't worry! Lake Travis ISD provides a one-day training called Substitute University. In Substitute University you will learn several teaching strategies (and how to use them), behavior management skills and other great tips on how to make your day as a substitute successful and enjoyable. 

Please note: All substitutes are required to have at least 60 hours of college credit, attend Substitute University and pass a background check.
