Why Art?

Art teaches students creativity, problem solving, diversity, visual learning, motor skills, focus, and confidence.

Art is valuable to the learning process and plays a large role in developing cognitive and social skills.

Art promotes innovative thinking and creativity. 

Mrs. Megan Dunn is the West Cypress Hills' Art Teacher.  The lovely artwork displayed throughout the WCHE campus is a testament to Mrs. Dunn's skills as an art educator.
