Marybeth Balzer – Hi, I’m Marybeth Balzer! I’m so excited to be jumping into my 4th year at WCHE. I’m originally from Roanoke, Virginia, and attended Radford University. This will be my 8th year of teaching and my 6th year in 5th grade! In my free time, I love crafting, being with friends, and keeping up with my dog, Odin.
Nikki Cornell -- I am Mrs. Cornell, and I am so excited to be teaching at WCHE this year! This is my 6th year teaching and my 4th year living in Austin. I have two kiddos plus one on the way. My older children attend WCHE. My husband makes teeth for a living. When I'm not traveling with my son's baseball team, I like to spend my free time going to the movies, wandering around Target, getting my nails done with my daughter or reading. Of course, when child #3 arrives, I may have zero spare time.
Katie Doering - Hi, my name is Katie Doering. This is my 8th year teaching at the wonderful WCHE. I am married to my college sweetheart, and we have three kiddos and two fur babies!
Brittney Ellis -- This will be my 4th year returning to WCHE! I am originally from San Angelo, TX and my family and I relocated to the Hill Country 8 years ago. My husband and I have 3 amazing kiddos and one funny pupper that keep us busy! I am looking forward to a new school year, with a new group of Estrellas! Go Tigers!
Elizabeth Lively -- Teaching is my passion, and I am looking forward to another great year at WCHE! I received my bachelor's degree from Texas State, but in our home we yell gig’em! I love spending time with my husband, 4 children, 6 grandchildren and our dogs. In my spare time you can find me watching a John Wayne movie, reading a good book or working in my garden!
